Tunisia has recorded 1252 coronavirus infections and 62 new deaths from the virus on January 3, the health ministry reported on Monday night.
Consequently, the infection tally has reached 144,796 so far, against 4862 deaths. Meanwhile, recoveries grew by 1442 to 108,491.
1592 COVID-19 patients have been hospitalised of whom 351 are in ICU and 114 under ventilators in public and private health facilities.
