Following a meeting of Sfax regional disaster committee, Governor Anis Weslati decided to extend the Curfew for 10 days, starting on Thursday, October 29. The step was taken after an assessment of the epidemiological situation in the region, and to consider the effectiveness of the accompanying decisions previously announced to limit the spread of COVID-19.
