Tunisia-Breaking news: Man attempts to set himself on fire in Consulate headqueaters at Milan

Tunisia Consulate General in Milan affirmed that a Tunisian  National  threatened to set himself  on fire by pouring gasoline on his body to protest the refusal of concerned authorities to grant him a passport to settle his legal status in Tunisia

In a press release, the Consulate said that they resorted to security services to remove him from the mission in order to preserve the safety of citizens, as this menace poses a threat to their safety and that of children in the waiting room.

The man in question refused all efforts to persuade him to back down on this act and settle his situation with Tunisian justice.

Civil protection was invited to clean the waiting room and lobby from the inflamed materials,  to protect the safety of present citizens t from any danger that might occur.

They further urged concerned citizens to settle down their legal situation in Tunisia and not to do anything that would endanger their safety and that of citizens and children inside the mission.
