A one more COVID-19 infection case was recorded on May 20, bringing the overall number of infection cases to 1,045, the health ministry announced.
The ministry indicated in a statement, “Following a total of 1234 lab tests, 7 cases tested positive, of which 1 were new cases and 6 were previously confirmed cases who were still infected with this virus. Recoveries also rose to 862.
The death toll is stable at 47 while the ministry reported 136 active cases that are under monitoring as well as three hospitalized.
The Ministry, therefore, urged citizens to fully respect the law and comply with the measures of isolation and targeted lockdown across all the regions including permission to move. Citizens are also urged to apply health measures from washing hands, social distancing, wearing maks and avoid crowds.
