The National Chamber of the Pharmaceutical Industry and Distributors of wholesale medicines, falling under the Tunisian Union of Industry, Trade and Crafts (UTICA) revealed this Wednesday, December 7, 2022, that its activities resume in all regions of the country.
A decision that follows an accord concluded with the government. This agreement provides for a commitment from the Ministry of Finance to automatically supply pharmacists from drug distributors an exemption from the deduction at source on the sales of drugs for 2022.
In addition, the Finance Department would undertake to insert the distribution sector of wholesale medicines in the list of sectors automatically excused from deduction at source , specifies a press release from the Chamber.
