Challenge One, the first 100% Tunisian satellite, is currently in the testing phase, in fact, it has already crossed all exams to which it was subjected. This is what Mohamed Frikha, boss of Telenet, announced on his Facebook page on Wednesday 9 December 2020.
For information, this involves the sizing and integration tests of the machine in its launch capsule. These are evidence that the satellite will be able to take off into space securely.
Now, Challenge One will move to Russia with GK Launch Services on December 20, 2020. It will officially launch on March 20, 2021, which will coincide with Independence Day.
Challenge One is the first Arab and 100% Tunisian satellite. Its activity will concentrate on the Internet of Things Technologies. It integrates the LoRaWAN protocol.
