Tunisia-Exclusive: National Salvation Front mired in quarrels and accusations!

The National Salvation Front has known in recent times, a series of divisions, disputes and accusations that weigh heavily on the future of the party. In the details of this case, a difference in terms of views and positions has grown between Ahmed Nejib Chebbi on the one hand, Seifddine Makhoulf and Jawhar Ben Mbarek on the other hand, which comprises a real threat to this coalition.

According to our sources, Ben Mbarek and Makhlouf accuse Ahmed Nejib Chebbi of having personal political ambitions, first in order to “conquer” the post of President of the Republic in the future. For its part, Chebbi believes that the presence of these two people in the front harms its own interests.

These “disputes” aroused the intervention of  Ennahda leader Rached Ghannouci movement, who programmed a meeting between these politicians this Tuesday, at the headquarters of the movement, to calm the situation between them and bring their views closer to preserving the front.
