Former prime minister Elyes Fakhfakh declared his assets to the National Anti-Corruption Authority (INLUCC), this Tuesday, September 22, 2020, in accordance with the provisions Law 46-2018 and in particular Articles 5, 11 and 31.
Recall that Fakhfakh was forced to submit his resignation on suspicion of a conflict of interest against him.
