The vice-president of the Independent High Authority for Elections Farouk Bouasker said that Parliamentary immunity is only acquired after taking the constitutional oath.
In the meantime and until taking the oath, elected deputies remains normal citizens and can be prosecuted the law, stressed Bouasker.
