Tunisia-Fathi Ayadi [Audio]:No excuse to stop the establishment of the Constitutional Court

 

Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, the spokesperson for the Ennahdha movement, Fathi Ayadi said that the President of the Republic had every right to refer laws to parliament since he has the prerogatives to do so.

Fathi Ayadi likewise said that the creation of the Constitutional Court should be among the priorities of all state institutions, remarking that it is a duty that does not fall by the end of the deadlines.

The spokesperson for the Islamist movement called on the parliament, the Superior Council of the Judiciary and the Presidency of the Republic to assume their responsibility to set up this Court and choose its members, believing that no excuse is valid for this delay.
