Ennahdha declared on Thursday, December 9, 2021, that a fire broke out in the basement of the party’s headquarters in Montplaisir in Tunis for undetermined causes.
The fire caused, according to witnesses, the demise of one of the movement’s activists in addition to injuring other members who were in their offices because of the fire and smoke.
The movement presented its condolences to the family of the victim and sent a message of gratitude to the Civil Protection agents who quickly saved those who were at the party’s headquarters.
