The rumour of the death of former Tunisian president Moncef Marzouki hit the headlines on Monday.
The rumour began following the publication of a tweet, by a page assumed to be belonging to the of the new foreign minister, Noureddine اErray. This tweet alleges that the Tunisian state declared the death of Moncef Marzouki.
The foreign ministry Director of Information Bouraoui Iman dismissed to Tunisie Numérque the news , asserting that the account is fake and bears no relation to the foreign misnter.
