The regional director of commerce, Mounir Jallouli revealed that economic control officers Gafsa conducted =1518 inspection visits during the first half of January 2022.
During these visits, more than 231 violations were recorded and several irregularities were registered, notably the non-display of prices, the growth in prices and the non-compliance with subsidy procedures.
Jallouli further confirmed that the items that were seized during these inspection visits range between food products, fuels and cigarettes.
