Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, President of the National Reform parliamentary group Hsouna Nasfi revealed that the creation of the constitutional court requires two-thirds of the votes. There is no chance of achieving such a majority.
Some candidates for the constitutional court have not even had legal training, said the MP, predicting the failure of today’s session.
