Democrat current MP, Hichem Ajbouni revealed himself to be scandalized, after allegations made by the reporters of a radio channel, according to which, Ajbouni would have revealed himself “happy” for the arrest of Nabil Karoui.
The MP revealed that it is true that, like all Tunisians, he seeks a “strong and just” state and that he states that, to do so, it is essential to break with impunity and return to the principle of rule of law. Nevertheless, he never felt any Schadenfreude at the notion of Karoui’s misfortune.
He further declared that the channel in question declined to grant him “the right of reply”, reminding that his profile is public and that anyone could obtain all the information about him there.
