Revealing his dissatisfaction, as well as that of many deputies, with the way in which the parliament is run, the deputy of the Democratic Current, Hichem Ajbouni suggested the possibility of launching a new motion of censure against house speaker Rached Ghannouchi.
Indeed, the deputy declared this Thursday, October 8, 2020, that several overruns were committed within the parliament, citing, in particular, the example of the plenary session of Tuesday, October 6 during which “Rached Ghannouchi arrived at 5:00 p.m., called out the presence and decide that the quorum of deputies had not been reached ”, in contradiction with article 109 of internal regulations.
The MP added on that day, Gannouchi left, without even concluding the meeting.
