Tunisia-How to prepare semolina bread at home

To prepare semolina bread in a simple and easy way at home, you must follow the following formula:

the ingredients:

A cup of water

125 ml of warm milk

250 g fries

250 g semolina

10 g yeast

5 tablespoons oil

Spoon of sugar

Two teaspoons of salt

Teaspoon turmeric

How to prepare:

Mix the flour, semolina, turmeric and salt to obtain a homogeneous mixture

Then mix water, sugar and yeast, and let them sit for 10 minutes. Then pour them over the first mixture to get dough, then apply them with the yellow of the eggs and milk.

After that, the dough should be left for an hour and a half, then transferred into shapes, and left again for 30 minutes.

And the last stage is to put it in the oven 180 degrees
