The prosecution at the Manouba Court of First Instance mandated the officers of the Manouba judicial police division to carry out the necessary research to discover the circumstances of the intrusion into the headquarters of the regional leadership of the Ennahda movement and the ransacking of its content, according to a statement from the official spokesperson of the court, Sondos Nouioui.
The available data reveals that the offence of intrusion was recorded on Friday evening, which made it possible to inform the Manouba national security post and the General Prosecutor’s Office, who authorized the carrying out of technical searches and the collection of fingerprints. after the first check of the effects of the intrusion at the door of the headquarters, shut since April last year, pending the results of the search and identification of those responsible for this act.
The initial owner of the premises was questioned and confirmed that the headquarters was placed at the disposal of the lessor and that it had remained closed for almost a year until the date of the happening.
