The Independent Higher Authority for Elections (ISIE) reported today that the number of applications for candidacy for local council elections submitted since the opening of offices for the receipt of files on Monday, October 23 has reached 1,896 applications. The largest number was registered in Sidi Bouzid with 137 applications.
