The Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE) president Nabil Baffoun officially proclaimed Kais Saied as the new President of the Republic of Tunisia. The House of People’s Representatives (HPR) will be formally informed of the results.
101 challenges have been filed against the legislative election results,said the ISIE . Appeals go through two phases, the first stage go to the Appellate court which lasts for five days, the appeals are then forwarded to the Administrative Tribunal.
