The Ministry of Justice has permitted the Attorney General of the Court of Appeal of Tunis, the opening legal proceedings against the President of the Tunisian Union of Agriculture and Fisheries, Abdelmajid Ezzar.
The decision to indict Ezzar is based on suspicions of market speculation, monopoly and price manipulation reports a radio station.
