The Criminal Chamber of the Kef Court of First Instance revealed that the husband and killer of Refka Cherni was condemned to 30 years in prison.
The court later decided to appeal the initial judgment and refer the case to the Kef Court of Appeal, which sentenced the accused to 40 years in prison.
Only 26 years old, Refka Cherni was, remember, the victim of 5 shots from her husband’s service weapon.
