Throughout an official statement, the Ministry of Interior announced the formal appointment of Kamel Guizani as the new Director-General of National Security, Guizani will be succeeding Rached Bettaieb who demanded to be relieved of his duties for private reasons.
Bettaieb will be summoned upon to take up other responsibilities.
