During its meeting today, Tuesday, April 19, 2022, the Superior Council of the Provisional Magistracy studied a certain number of requests for waiver of immunity.
According to a statement, the council decided to lift the immunity of three judges and delay the examination of certain other requests, in order to finish the required legal procedures.
