In response to the call launched by parties and components of civil society, hundreds of citizens assembled today in front of the municipal theatre in Tunis in a demonstration against the measures declared on July 25, 2021.
The protesters additionally call for respect for the 2014 Constitution, indicating that the state of emergency will further worsen the general situation in the country, particularly in the absence of a government.
