Machrou Tounes declared that it was decided to entrust member of the executive board Mohamed Fadhel Mahfoudh to set up the required contacts with a view to developing a national political and civil mechanism in collaboration with national organizations including the UGTT.
The party, accordingly, called for the establishment of a work plan to surmount the current crisis and the exceptional situation as soon as possible and defend freedoms and the rule of law.
It further called on all forces and public figures to protect the country in such a delicate situation.
