The Mahdia Court of First Instance gave a dismissal this Wednesday in favor of the English teacher Faten Ben Slama.
The case sparked controversy when the parents of a student filed a complaint against the teacher after she gave the child a bad assessment. Parents, supported by attorneys, mostly with a known political tendency, claimed that the teacher gave the pupil great psychological suffering.
