A pregnant woman passed away on July 26 at the Mahdia regional hospital. The family filed a medical malpractice complaint and claimed the corpse of the fetus.
The Mahdia public prosecutor’s office opened an inquiry and entrusted it to the judicial police, and ordered the seizure of the medical file of the deceased.
