The services of the Regional Directorate of State and Land Affairs of the Governorate of Manouba retrieved Wednesday, November 16, 2022, the agricultural national farm called “Borj Touta 1” with an area of 142 hectares, located in the delegation of Tébourba ( Governorate de Manouba).
The state land which contained a large irrigated land of 140 hectares, constructions, and a vital space was returned after the execution of the forfeiture law issued by the ministers of the domains of the State and the land affairs and agriculture, hydraulic resources, and fishing.
The restitution operation was carried out, in the presence of the diverse regional and local parties concerned, in cooperation with the security services of the region.
The land management unit recovered in the Grand Tunis falling under the OTD, has taken charge of the ground while pendinf its rehabilitation as soon as possible, in accordance with the regulations in force.
