Lawyer and former leader of the Islamist party, Ennahdha, Samir Dilou, declared that the military appeal court has just postponed the trial related to the airport case to September 23, 2022. This lawsuit, number 28016, concerns the MPs of the dissolved assembly, Nidhal Saoudi, Seif Eddine Makhlouf as well as Mehdi Zagrouba .
In his message, Samir Dilou, also announces that at the military court, this Friday, were present: the former deputies Al Karama Albdellatif Aloui, Mohamed Affes and the lawyer Mehdi Zagrouba.
