The Criminal Chamber under the Tunis Court of Appeal decided, Friday, June 3, 2022, to confirm the judgment at first instance, against former Minister of Transport, Moez Chakchouk, in his capacity as former Director-General of the National Post.
The latter was fined 752 million dinars for a case of financial transfers abroad, without respecting the regulations in force.
