Speaking at a press conference, on December 14, 2020, Democratic Current MP Mohamed Ammar stated that before being removed by the Temporary Commission for the Control of the Constitutionality of Laws, Article 4 of the Finance Law Complementary was tailor-made to enable Nabil Karoui and other money launderers not to pay the amounts they owe the state.
