Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, democratic bloc MP Mohamed Ammar stated it would be fitting for senior officials to be the first to receive the vaccine vaccinated.
Believing that the dispute around the UAE donation has taken a magnitude more than it deserves, he revealed that Tunisians do not trust adding that those in power must set an example to encourage people to enrol for vaccination.
According to the MP, the United States will donate vaccines to Tunisia, adding that the state has the required means to import Russian and Chinese vaccines, however certain suspicious alliances with foreign entities prevent it from doing so.
