53 new local infections were identified in Monastir, consequently bringing the number of confirmed cases to 981, regional director of health, Hammouda el Babba announced.
Motorevr, 10,543 people have returned to their regular lives after finishing quarantine and health follow-up period.
Mr Babba also revealed that Skanes regional centre which has admitted 1522 people since April 4, 2020, from 24 governorates has reported nine new recoveries (3 /Sfax,1 1/Siliana,2 /Tunis,1 /Sousse,1 1/, Jendouba and 1 /Kef), thus taking the recovery tally to 1224.
