Al Karama Coalition deputy Rached Khiari received six -month suspended sentence and a financial penalty of 3000 Dinars.
Khiari reveals that the sentence arises following a Facebook post published in 2017 about a meeting of a security official with a smuggler in the United Arab Emirates.
It should be noted that MP Khiari enjoys a parliamentary immunity
