HAICA announced that the Court of Appeals made its ruling on Monday, June 14, 2021, concerning the case on the seizure of equipment from the illegal “Quran Karim” radio station.
The Court of Appeal approved the seizure of equipment by HAICA, in accordance with Decree No. 116 of November 2, 2011.
