The Tunisian-Libyan joint commission, which met this Wednesday in Djerba, approved the specific health protocol developed by the scientific commissions of the two countries, to restore the movement of citizens between the two countries.
According to this protocol, vaccinated citizens of the two countries will be content to submit a negative PCR test, and the others will have to be subjected to compulsory quarantine in hotels, with negative PCR tests at the end of this confinement.
Note that this deal has not been signed, pending presentation to the high authorities of the two countries. In the meantime, border crossings remain closed.
