The spokesperson for the Court of Appeal of Sousse, Hedi Khassib indicated today that one of the persons implicated in the case of the import of Italian waste had filed a request to bring the case before another court.
He told Tunisie Numérique that the file has been transmitted to the Court of Cassation, which will decide on this request.
