Tunisia-Nigerian variant of the coronavirus detected in Tunisia

Speaking at today plenary session, minister of health Faouzi Mehdi announced the detection of the Nigerian variant of the coronavirus, adding that the case was identified in Nabeul.

He added that so far 18 cases of the Indian strain was confirmed and they are distributed as follows:

Kairouan: 7 cases
Grand Tunis:8 cases
Siliana:2 cases
Monastir:1 case
