The plenary session dedicated to examining the budget of the ministry of foreign affairs was adjourned after an escalating tension that dominated the House of people representatives.
The reason for the tension was caused by PDL leader Abir Moussi who insisted on proceeding to take the floor despite surpassing the time limit for her intervention
