Pursuant to the provision 89 of the contituition, president of the republic Kais Saied officially forwarded correspondence to Speaker of the House of People’s Representatives (HPR) and Ennahda party leader Rached Ghannouchi after PM Jemli had offered the lineup of his new government to President Kais Saied.
