The President of the Republic, Kais Saied welcomed, this Tuesday, June 29, 2021, Echaab Movement member and Head of the Martyr Mohamed Brahmi Center for Peace and Solidarity Mbarka Aouaynia at Carthage presidential palace.
During this meeting, different issues were addressed, in particular, the situation in Tunisia since December 17, 2010, and the plausible solutions to secure the good management of the State.
The head of state has additionally reiterated his support for legitimacy that need to respond to the will of the people and rejects to exploit it to meet their personal interests.
He likewise indicated that previous years have shown the break between legal texts and reality and that this situation cannot be settled through formal dialogues like the previous ones, but with a new perception and participation of Tunisian citizens and not with those who turned against hi will or with those who took the wealth of the people.
