President of the Republic Kais Saied, on Monday afternoon, arrived in Paris on a two-day friendship and working visit, at the invitation of French President Emmanuel Macron.
Speaking at a joint press conference with his French counterpart, the head of the state stressed that the time has arisen to consider about developing different concepts for mechanisms of political work other than those outlined by ancient times.
He asserted that this visit is a new opportunity in the mechanisms of cooperation and integration methods in order to initiate a wider field of cooperation and reverse the mechanisms of the long-term.
He further pointed out that Macron has expressed readiness to engage in a railway project linking Bizerte to the far south.
