In his opening speech at the security council, president Kais Saied said he talked to minister of social affairs Mohamed Habib Kchaou on the leak of aids to those who are not entitled to it and the nature of these aid in light of the misery he saw during his visits.
He said that monopolists treat Tunisian like chickens.
