The President of the Republic, Kais Saied, welcomed this Tuesday, June 15, 2021, prime minister Hichem Mechichi and the former heads of government, specifically, Ali Laarayedh, Eleyès Fakhfakh and Youssef Chahed.
At this meeting, the head of the state announced that he is in favour of initiating a Dialogue. He, nevertheless, considered that this is not a National Dialogue.
“The true patriots do not organize meetings abroad, in order to get away to remove the President of the Republic even by assassinating him”, said Saied, specifying that he is aware of what he said.
