Presidential decrees on the organization of the 18th Summit of the Francophonie and the 8th edition of the Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD 8) were issued in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Tunisia (JORT) on February 3, 2022.

The first decree (No. 65) pertains to setting up a national organising commission for the 18th Francophone Summit in 2022 in Djerba, and the second (No. 66) links to the establishment of a national organising committee for TICAD 8.

Articles of the two decrees set out the composition, mission and mode of function of each organising committee.
