Tunisia-Qalb Tounes spokesman accuses kais Saied coordinations of being behind latest protests

Qalb Tounes party spokesman Sadok Jabnoun announced yesterday that by voting for the favour of the cabinet reshuffle introduced by Prime Minister Hichem Mechichi, MPs have decided political stability and said nay to anarchy.

He subtly equated the demonstration movements calling for the dissolution of Parliament and the violent protests that took place on Capitol Hill in Washington “to stop democracy from taking its course.”

In this context, he accused the “coordinations” of Kais Saied of being behind these protests, assuming that by voting for the reshuffle, the deputies stopped the plans of the anarchists who want to bring “a coup d’état against democracy and the constitution ”.

“The state’s response was clear. 140 votes for the benefit of stability, constitution and democracy, ”he added.
