The sixth chamber at the Court of First Instance of Tunis declined to release Free Destourian Party activist Mariem Sassi and to delay her trial to a later session.
Remark that the prosecution at the court of first instance of Tunis issued an arrest warrant against Mariem Sassi, for charges related to the falsification of information data, and referred her to the judicial department so that she be judged for what was attributed to him.
