The regional director of health in Kef affirmed in a press statement today, Sunday, December 31, 2023, that the medical team at the Kef regional hospital was recently backed with three specialist doctors and several pieces of medical equipment.
He added that the new medical team includes the specialities of cardiovascular diseases, obstetrics-gynaecology and radiology, in addition to medical equipment and an ambulance donated by the World Health Organization. He added that the new medical team will make an outstanding addition to the health services.
He explained that the new emergency department has also been equipped with medical equipment with the possibility of receiving more at the start of the new year, noting that the emergency includes 3 sections, which are the emergency department, the radiology department and the laboratory department.
Knowing that the new emergency department was equipped, this Wednesday, December 20, with a new scanning device.
