Tunisia-Romania places Tunisia on green list of states excluded from quarantine measures

Romanian authorities have announced the list of countries for which quarantine is required upon arrival in Romania. Tunisia is not on this list. Rather, it is placed on the green list of states excluded from recommending quarantine measures.
The Romanian authorities have also indicated that anyone who comes to Romania from the “yellow zones” will have to enter quarantine, from October 7, 2020.
The Romanian government has also provided for an exception to this quarantine: people arriving in Romania from areas with high epidemiological risk, but only if they stay in the national territory for a period of fewer than 3 days and present a negative test for the disease. SARS-CoV-2 carried out no later than 48 hours before entering the national territory.
Other people arriving in Romania from countries/areas at risk of epidemiology and entering quarantine for a period of 14 days may be released from quarantine after the 10th day, if they take a test for SARS-CoV-2 on the 8th day of the quarantine, and its result is negative and shows no specific symptoms.
